Functions for magnetic separation

1. Extract fine, feebly magnetic minerals from strong magnetic substance or non magnetic substance, such as hematite ( from limonite), siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum niobium, tungsten, cassiterite, etc.

2. Purify nonmetallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nephelite, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. (remove Fe, ilmenite, black mica etc)

3. Recover iron from tailings of processed iron ores, bauxite residues (red sludge) after Bayer process, etc.

Flow sheet for Feldspar with hifh Muscovite: flotation and magnetic separation combined.

Double Girder Overhead Crane is such that its bridge moves on elevated tracks, also called overhead traveling crane or  Bridge Crane . A bridge has its bridge longitudinally move along the elevated tracks laid at both sides and its carriage laterally move along the tracks laid on the bridge to make a rectangular working scope. In this way, the room below the bridge can be made fully use of while being free of hindrance of equipment on the ground.
