ST Series Stud Welding Machine
The Iking ST series of stud welding machines are primarily used in the installation of stud fusion welding in steel structure construction, bridges, and railways. These machines offer functions such as preset welding time, preset welding parameters, and digital display. The precision of the preset time can reach up to 0.01 seconds, and the preset current can be set as low as 1 ampere, which enhances the reliability and stability of the welding process and makes it easy to operate.
The main power unit is compact and lightweight, allowing continuous operation for 24 hours. It features an anti-misoperation design to prevent repeated welding on the same point. The machine also includes short-circuit protection and circuit-breaker protection, ensuring the safety of the control board and enabling smooth restart after troubleshooting. These protective features significantly reduce the failure rate and extend the lifespan of the welding machine.
