From Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, National Optical Distance Measuring Instrument Testing Center, China Institute of Metrology and Measurement, China Association of Equipment Supervision and other consulting experts, the relevant professional institutes and functional departments of China Metrology Institute More than 40 people, such as the project and the responsible person for each subject, and the main representatives of participating units, attended the demonstration meeting. The head of the project and the director of the National Institute of Metrology, Wang Wei, introduced the overall situation and implementation plan of the project. The project focuses on large-scale equipment and facility critical quantity online measurement technology and conducts related research. The geometric and mechanical quantities of mechanical products, as well as the heat, environmental radiation and deformation of large-scale facilities are taken as research objects to solve the traceability of complex environment conditions on site. Problems, creating a new model of on-site calibration services, provide technical support for on-line calibration for large-scale measurement equipment in the manufacturing of mechanical products in various industries and monitoring equipment for large-scale facilities.
According to the research objectives, the project is divided into six topics for research, including: on-line calibration technology and traceability system for three-dimensional measuring equipment, on-line calibration technology for mechanical sensors, on-line calibration technology for large-caliber hot water flow and temperature, and environmental gamma dose Research on on-line calibration technology of monitoring instruments and carbon-monitoring instruments, calibration technology research on deformation monitoring system of large-scale building facilities, and construction of production line verification platform.
The person in charge of each subject reported the main task of the project, assessment indicators, implementation plan and technical route.
The consultants listened carefully to the report and asked questions related to the establishment of a standard device acceptance method, the comparison of the expected completion indicators with the task statement, and the basis for the preliminary study. After discussion, the participating experts unanimously agreed that the implementation plan is in line with the NQI special requirements, the project has a clear research goal, reasonable content and subject set-up, a feasible technical route, and quantified assessment indicators, and agreed to pass the demonstration.
The project was led by China Metrology Institute, and was jointly with China Metrology University, Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Measurement Technology, Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, Shaanxi Institute of Metrology, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Institute of Metrology and Measurement, Chongqing Metrology Quality Inspection Research. It is jointly implemented by 12 domestic provincial- and municipal-level metrological and technical institutions, universities, research institutes, and enterprises, including the Institute of Highway and Scientific Research of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Transport, and the China Radiation Protection Research Institute.
