A serious motorcycle crash occurred on Springbrook Road and 47th Avenue on Tuesday afternoon around 2:33 p.m., involving two motorcycles and a vehicle. Both riders were hospitalized with critical injuries. A Flight for Life helicopter was dispatched and landed at Prairie Lane Elementary School to transport one of the injured individuals to a medical facility.
A witness reported that the motorcycles were engaged in a high-speed race prior to the collision, but local authorities have not confirmed this information yet. Police are currently investigating the incident to determine the exact cause and whether reckless driving played a role.
