LAHK27
The LAHK27 handle is designed for the Legacy Newport Grills, including the S27 and S27R models. These compact 30-inch grills pack a punch with 45,000 total BTUs from their dual 304-grade stainless steel burners. Whether you’re a casual griller or a seasoned chef, the S27 offers versatility and performance. The S27R adds an extra layer of sophistication with its 12,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner.
Equipped with the LAHK27, the Newport grills become even more user-friendly. Simply grip and turn the handle to effortlessly open the lid, leaving you free to focus on preparing mouthwatering meals for your guests. The LAHK27 also fits the S27T commercial grill, a popular choice in condominiums, apartment buildings, and outdoor kitchens. Known for its sturdiness and energy efficiency, the S27T features a PGS FuelStop one-hour gas shutoff timer, ensuring peace of mind when cooking.
With a lid handle measuring 29 5/8 inches and a lift-assist handle spanning 17 3/8 inches, the LAHK27 ensures that opening and closing the lid is a breeze, whether you’re hosting a small family gathering or a larger event.
LAHK36
Next up is the LAHK36, designed specifically for the Legacy Pacifica grill series. This includes the S36 and S36R models, which span 39 inches and boast three commercial-grade stainless steel burners. These versatile grills offer options like flare guard rock grates, side beverage holders, and a side burner, and now come with the added convenience of the lift-assist handle.
The S36 is the standard model, while the S36R adds an infrared rotisserie burner. Both models are available in propane and natural gas versions, ensuring flexibility for any cooking setup. Regardless of the type of gas used, the LAHK36 makes opening and closing the lid over the three burners and 720 square inches of cooking area effortless.
Like the LAHK27 series, the LAHK36 also fits the commercial S36T grill, which is favored by building managers for its durability and energy-saving features. The one-hour gas shutoff timer provides added safety, and the lift-assist handle eliminates concerns about the lid being too heavy to manage.
The S36 series lid handle measures 38 5/8 inches, slightly longer than the 30-inch models, but the 17 3/8-inch lift-assist handle keeps the operation smooth and manageable.
LAHK48
The PGS Legacy S48R, or Big Sur, is a 51-inch grill with four burners and a whopping 960 square inches of cooking surface. Its lid is the largest and heaviest in the PGS lineup, but the LAHK48 makes this task manageable for almost everyone. Designed for the S48R, the LAHK48 ensures that even the heaviest lid can be opened and closed with ease.
No matter how many burners you’re using, opening the lid should never be a hassle. The LAHK48 guarantees that it won’t be. It also fits the commercial counterpart, the S48T (90,000 BTU), which combines the S48R’s robust performance with an automatic one-hour gas shutoff timer.
Despite the lid handle measuring 46 5/8 inches, the 17 3/8-inch lift handle makes the process simple and efficient for anyone.

PPSU - Polyphenylsulfone Ensinger TECASON P plastic
The PPSU semi-finished products produced by Ensinger usually use Radel® PPSU as the raw material, which can provide two forms of sheet and rod, which can be used for machining.
PPSU plastic is an amorphous material with a high glass transition temperature and low moisture absorption. In addition, PPSU material has better impact strength and chemical resistance than other polysulfone materials such as PSU and PES. In addition to these properties, PPSU materials are more resistant to hot steam sterilization than other polysulfone materials, and are resistant to detergents and disinfectants.

TECASON P MT XRO black is a specially developed X-ray visible and biocompatible PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) material. This line of materials allows us to meet the challenging requirements of minimally invasive and image-controlled surgery. It is made radio-opaque by adding a contrast agent to standard medical grade PPSU material. Machined parts made using it are clearly visible under fluoroscopy and x-rays. By using the material, surgical instruments and orthopedic implant trial heads are clearly imaged during image-controlled surgery. Medical grade PPSU materials have greatly improved in terms of temperature resistance, impact strength, and chemical resistance, and are very resistant to repeated steam high temperature sterilization (maintaining good dimensional stability and physical properties). TECASON P MT XRO material has passed the ISO 10993 test. As a medical grade material, it can be in contact with human body fluids, bone substances and dentin for no more than 24 hours, and has a variety of colors and sizes to choose from.
