Beneficiation technology of Yushui copper-lead-zinc ore

Copper Lead Zinc water jade ore Meixian sunflower ridge plurality of metal mining, ore block YUSHUI. Mine hydrothermal transformation superimposed sedimentary deposits, primarily useful minerals chalcopyrite, bornite, galena, sphalerite, pyrite and other gangue minerals as quartz, feldspar, sericite. The average grade of the mine is Cu 4.08%, Pb 1.85%, Zn 3.28%. A simple plant has been built. The mine believes that the lead is high and the lead-copper ratio is difficult to select. Therefore, the test is carried out for lead-high ore.

1. Ore properties

The results of multi-element analysis of raw ore are shown in Table 1, and the mineral composition is shown in Table 2.

Copper in primary copper sulfide accounts for 79.88%, and secondary copper sulfide accounts for 17.18%. Lead sulfide accounts for 90.47% of total lead, and zinc sulfide accounts for 82% of total zinc. Dissemination size: chalcopyrite generally 0.04-0.08mm, and Fang aluminum ore, zinc blende close disseminated, galena typically 0.02-0.08mm, sphalerite generally 0.05-0.2mm

2, sorting process

The ore dressing test was conducted in 1986. First, the ore is ground to 200 mesh and 89%, pre-stirred, then added with zinc sulfate and ethyl sulphate for copper and lead mixing and roughing. The coarsely selected coarse concentrate is ground to -0.043mm to 93%, then Na2SO3 and Fe2 are added. (SO4)3 inhibits lead, and then adds copper concentrate to obtain copper concentrate. The product in the tank is lead concentrate. The copper and lead mixed coarsely selected tailings are further added with CuSO4 and xanthate float zinc to obtain zinc concentrate.

There is a problem: lead concentrate has a high copper content. Zinc concentrates do not meet the requirements.
