This vehicle was originally purchased new by the Village of Clarendon Hills and served as a full-service ambulance for the Clarendon Hills Fire Department until early 2015. After that, it was placed in reserve status and only used when the department’s newer ambulance was unavailable due to maintenance or repairs. The vehicle was last active in July 2022 and still holds a valid safety lane sticker dated August 2022.
