   1 Scope

This regulation specifies the safe operation contents and requirements of nitric acid storage tanks.

2.1 The operator must be qualified after passing the safety training; wear protective helmets, gloves and other labor protection articles before going to work. Employees must dress

Three tight; women workers must be in the helmet, not allowed to wear shorts, high heels, slippers.

2.2 Before the operation, carefully check whether the storage tanks and pipelines are in good condition, whether there are any people or obstacles around the storage tanks, and confirm the safety before operating.

2.3 Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the job site, and it is forbidden to pick up mobile phones near the storage tanks.

2.4 It is strictly forbidden to stand on the nitric acid pipeline. It is strictly forbidden to press and tap.

2.5 It is strictly forbidden to place flammable materials, combustibles, combustion-supporting materials and other dangerous chemicals in and around the nitric acid tank.

2.6 There must be special guardianship during the operation.

2.7 When handling the fault, the pipeline valve must be closed, the safety warning sign should be hung, the residual acid in the pipeline should be drained, and rinsed with water to confirm that there is no residual acid.

2.8 In the class, the tank valve, pump, etc. must be inspected, and the handover record should be carefully filled out.

2.9 Concentrated nitric acid storage shall not exceed 80% of the tank volume.

2.10 When operating the nitric acid valve, it must be slowly opened and operated with caution. The valve was immediately closed when an abnormal condition was found.

2.11 Wash hands in time after the operation is completed.

2.12 Workplaces should be ventilated in time to ensure fresh air in the workplace.

2.13 Fill in the original records carefully, do the environmental sanitation work in this position, and keep the equipment clean.
