2.1 Operators must be qualified after safety training; wear professional protective equipment such as helmets and gloves before starting work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers.
2.2 Each connection point of the line must be in good contact to prevent heat from being caused by loose contact.
2.3 The welding workpiece should not be placed on the workbench at any time to avoid short-circuiting the welder.
2.4 When the welder is found to be abnormal, stop working immediately and cut off the power.
2.5 The brake must be opened when the operation is completed or when the welder is inspected.
2.6 Check the grounding of the arc welder casing before welding.
2.7 The insulation of the welding tongs and welding cables must be good.
2.8 Wear insulated shoes and wear welding gloves before welding.
2.9 The human body should not touch the two poles of the arc welder at the same time.
2.10 When an electric shock occurs, the power should be cut off immediately.
2.11 A mask (welding cap) must be used during welding to protect the eyes and face and wear arc gloves to prevent arc damage to the skin.
2.12 When cleaning the slag, pay attention to the direction of the slag splashing to prevent burns on the eyes and face.
2.13 Welded parts should be clamped with tongs after welding and should not be taken directly by hand.
2.14 Workplaces for electrode arc welding should be well ventilated to prevent smoke and poisoning.
2.15 There shall be no inflammable or explosive materials around the welding arc working site. When the work is finished, check whether there are residual fires around, and do fire and explosion protection work.
