The main shaft has a diameter of 3.88 meters and a depth of 353.8 meters. The wellbore is equipped with a lifting load signal cable. The mining commission decided to add a production monitoring cable (cable length 600m). After research, it was decided to lay down from the main wellbore. In order to ensure the quality and safety of cable laying facilities, this construction safety technical measures are specially formulated.

Second, preparation before construction

Preparation of tools, materials and requirements for construction:

1 2 belts must be qualified; 2 straps are determined according to the length of the cable laying, to ensure a surplus; 3 the width of the air duct is 70mm ~ 100mm, the length must ensure that at least 4 layers can be wrapped on the cable, There are spares; 4 vise (or scissors) is used to cut off excess straps; 5 kits are used for dressing straps and air ducts, vise (or scissors), etc., to prevent accidental dropping when used.

The person in charge of the construction checks whether the quality of the various tools is qualified, and the unqualified tools and materials must be replaced.

The person in charge of the construction shall check the communication facilities and ensure that the communication between the construction personnel in the wellbore and the ground construction personnel is reliable and correct.

Prepare before construction → Slowly lower the cable → Park the fixed cable after the position → Lift the bucket to the wellhead → Secure the cable with the cable tie from top to bottom.

Sixth, construction steps

(1) Cable down

Before the construction, the person in charge of the construction will check the signals, tools and materials again to ensure that the signals are reliable and correct, and the tools and materials are qualified.

Clean up debris around the wellhead to prevent debris from falling, and set a warning. It is strictly forbidden to be crowded.

The construction personnel dismantled the cable, left the wellhead enough to be tied to the laying point on the derrick, and the remaining cable was placed on the top of the bucket.

Two construction workers stood on the top of the bucket and fastened the safety belt. One person was responsible for the signal, and one person was responsible for the cable. When it was ready, the construction manager informed the winch driver to prepare for driving.

The wellhead signal is dialed to the inspection position. The winch driver dials the control switch to the inspection position, prepares for driving, and drives or stops according to the signal given by the wellhead signal worker.

After the construction personnel are ready, the construction person in charge is told, and the construction person in charge is relayed to the signal worker, and the signal worker sends a driving signal.

After the winch driver receives the driving signal, the winch is slowly started. The construction personnel should squat on the bucket and grasp the firm parts on the bucket with one hand, and the procedure cable.

When the cable is placed in place, the construction personnel in the wellbore send a stop signal to inform the signal worker to issue a stop signal.

The winch driver receives the parking signal and stops immediately.

The construction personnel in the wellbore hand the cable to the construction personnel at the head of the belt conveyor. The construction personnel here will pull the cable to the designated position and fix it, leaving a surplus line of 1 to 2 meters.

(2) Cable fixing

1. The construction personnel in the wellbore stand up on the bucket, fix the cable to the cable card, and after the binding is firm, notify the person in charge of the wellhead to tighten the cable and fix it firmly, and then notify the construction personnel in the wellbore.

2. After the construction personnel in the wellbore receive the notice and issue the driving signal, the construction person in charge will let the signal worker send the driving signal.

3. After receiving the notice, the signal worker will call and inform the winch driver to drive.

4. The winch driver slowly starts the winch and raises it to the wellhead position.

5. The construction personnel in the wellbore inform the construction person in charge, and let the signal worker instruct the winch driver to drive.

6. When the bucket is lowered to 6 meters, the construction and construction personnel in the wellbore will notify the construction person in charge and let the signal workers stop the parking. After the winch stops, wind the air duct cloth around the cable, and tie the cable to the cable card with a cable tie.

7. Repeat the operation procedure of 5~6 until the binding is completed.

8. The construction personnel in the wellbore inform the construction responsible person to raise the winch to the wellhead position.

Seven, safety technical measures

Before the construction, all personnel must be in place to organize the study of this safety measure, requiring all personnel to clarify the construction sequence and understand their tasks.

Set an alert around the wellhead to prevent unrelated people from approaching, clean up debris, and prevent falling objects from injuring people.

Workers in the wellbore must wear safety belts and safety helmets during construction.

When tying the cable, it is only allowed to go from top to bottom.

During the construction process, it must obey the unified command of the person in charge of the construction and must not act without authorization.

During construction, you must be notified before proceeding to the next step.

The winch driver must drive the signal before he can drive the car. The signal is not clear and the car cannot be driven.

The winch must be driven under inspection. The speed of the winch is generally 0.3-0.5m/s, and the maximum speed cannot exceed 2m/s.

Cable ties (or iron wire) after lashing and cut back into the kit must not be thrown to the underground.

The cable must be inspected and tested before it can be laid down.

In wellbore construction, the tools used must be tethered and fastened to prevent falling into the wellbore.

After the work is completed, the person in charge of the construction assigns a person to clean up the site and count the tools.
