API 16c Choke and Kill Manifold for Oil Drilling

Choke manifold is an essential component used in well control operations to manage well kicks and maintain pressure during oil and gas drilling. When the blowout preventer is closed, the choke valve can be adjusted to regulate casing pressure, ensuring that the bottom hole pressure remains slightly higher than the formation pressure, preventing further fluid influx into the well. The choke manifold consists of a choke valve, gate valve, piping, fittings, and pressure gauges.
