### Technical Challenges
It's important to note that Enel X Way commercial EV chargers are not straightforward OCPP devices. They require a complex reconfiguration before they can be integrated into a third-party charging station management system (CSMS). At this time, ChargeLab is one of the few providers capable of handling these migrations efficiently and within the October 11 deadline.
If you're working with another OCPP provider, make sure they have recent experience with Enel X Way charger migrations and fully understand the technical challenges involved.

### ChargeLab’s Solution
Thanks to the hard work of our engineering team, we’ve developed a reliable and efficient method to migrate Enel X Way chargers in record time. The process involves both backend adjustments from our side and on-site configuration steps that can be completed by a technician using a laptop or smartphone.

For EV drivers, the transition means moving from the Enel X Way app to the **ChargeLab web app**, which supports iOS, Android, and mobile browsers. We also offer white-label options and continue to lead in web-based charging solutions.
