KS700Y Precision Lapping Machine
Usage: Ideal for precise lapping of valve plates, valve parts, friction plates, rigid seal rings, QIR cylinder piston rings, oil pump vanes, and other precision hardware or hard materials requiring dual-plane lapping.

1. Equipped with a Swedish "ABB" PLC control system for stable and safe operation.
2. Features Japanese "NSK" or German "FAG" high-precision, high-speed shaft systems, ensuring accuracy during high-speed, high-force lapping.
3. Intelligent automatic thickness detection system with a resolution up to 0.001um, ensuring consistent TTV in mass production.
4. Upper plate rocker arm device with feeding working table, improving ease of handling and placement.
5. Upper plate automatic protection device to prevent accidents such as falling plates due to power failure or unexpected shutdown.
6. Independent inverter motor drive ensures optimal speed ratios between the upper plate, lower plate, and center wheel, enabling clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation to meet various machining needs.
