The screw is made from high-quality tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2, with special heat treatment, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features an optimized reflux cooling channel, reducing temperature differences in critical areas. The innovative heater design ensures efficient heat transfer and long service life. High-quality nitrided steel is used for the material, offering anti-corrosion and anti-friction properties. Various metering feeders are available, including single-screw, twin-screw, hollow-screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. The parallel three-axis drive system combines conveying, chain, deceleration, and torque in a compact design, with imported key bearings. The lubrication system integrates soaking and spray methods, enhancing performance. The gear teeth are strengthened for high torque, precision, and low noise. Drive components are made from high-quality materials such as super alloy cementite steel, cemented, and ground.
Control Cabinet Features
Imported electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems ensure reliable performance. The machine includes interlock and multi-protection functions. An imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) enables precise process control with high accuracy and stability. Full-set link-lock protection, fault safeguard, and alarm guidance are also included. The touch screen interface is user-friendly and intuitive.
