Introduction:
Waste oil is commonly collected from machinery, vehicles, and ships, often appearing black and very dirty. This waste oil contains a high level of contamination, including non-hydrocarbons, alkenes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene, and colloids. These contaminants can be harmful to the lubrication system and car engine, making it necessary to replace the oil.
Traditional methods of recycling waste oil involve the acid process, which generates a lot of sludge, has a bad odor, is not environmentally friendly, and produces low-quality base oil that is prone to oxidation. Many countries have banned this method.
To address these issues, our company developed the JZC waste oil distillation machine, designed specifically for distilling and regenerating black waste lube oil, including used engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, and mixed oils. This equipment uses a physicochemical approach to polymerize, passivate, absorb, and eliminate impurities and harmful contaminants.
The JZC waste oil distillation machine heats the waste oil under high vacuum conditions, ranging from 110°C to 350°C, allowing hydrocarbon molecules to break down and recombine into diesel oil, lubricating base oil, and other valuable products. It is ideal for small oil refineries and companies looking to produce oil independently.

Advantages:
1. Multiple heating options are available, such as using fuel, natural gas, or coal via a boiler. For smaller machines, electric heating is also an option.
2. The high vacuum distillation process ensures lower distillation temperatures, saving energy and improving safety.
3. Special chemicals are used to catalyze the waste oil, ensuring the final products—diesel, gasoline, and base oil—are highly resistant to oxidation, with good color and no bad odor. These oils can be stored for up to one year without discoloration or odor change.
4. The oil cooler system uses SS304 material, offering excellent heat exchange performance and a long service life.
5. The machine is environmentally friendly, leaving only 5-8% residue in the distillation kettle, which can be used as boiler fuel, resulting in no pollution.
6. The final oil is of high purity, with different types of oil (gasoline/diesel and base oil) stored in separate tanks.
7. The machine is designed for a 10-year lifespan, providing long-term reliability.
8. The operation is simple, requiring only 1 or 2 workers to operate the machine efficiently.

2.How to deal with the residue?

The final residue is semi-solid and can be processed for manufacturing asphalt, briquettes for burning, or blended with oil to create off-spec heavy fuel oil or greases for slow-moving machinery.

 

3.Why do we need to add the catalyst?

The catalyst ensures the stability of the recycled oil, preventing oxidation and color change back to black. Therefore, the recycled oil from our machine will maintain a yellow color for at least six months to a year.

 

4.Why does the machine need to work under vacuum conditions?

The machine operates under negative pressure, reducing the boiling point of the used oil under high vacuum conditions. Without a vacuum unit, the oil could crack when the temperature reaches 420-450 degrees, turning into diesel at 450 degrees.
