Conditions of Use

1. The motor must be filled with clean water or Other formulated aqueous solutions.

2. The submersible pump should completely submerge in water.

3. The water temperature is not higher than 20°C.

4. The solid impurity content in water does not exceed 0.01%.

5. The water does not contain chemically corrosive substances and the pH is between 6.5-8.5.

System components: The coaxial submersible pump consists of submersible motors, submersible pumps, power cables, signal cables, joint materials, gate valves, check valves, and elbows.

Submersible motor: It is a water-filled wet seal structure. It is generally a vertical installation.

Submersible pumps: Most of them are single-stage impellers, and they are installed directly on the deep extremity of the motor shaft. The impeller and the guide shell are made of high-strength cast iron that can resist wear. Alloys or coated wear-resistant materials can also be used according to different requirements.

Control cabinet: Short circuit, overload protection, voltage protection and water level monitoring device and temperature protection device can be installed as required.

Cable: Use waterproof three-core rubber flexible cable, its length is 5 meters or as required.
