Fifth, when using the boom and winch for lifting and pulling operations, the winch clutch must not be separated. The wire rope must retain at least 5 turns on the winch drum. Try to use the winch wire rope to pull and do not perform boom expansion and contraction at will. In order to avoid damaging the boom and safety accidents, do not overload the boom. Sixth, the use of care arm, one must choose the lift parts, two to consider lifting the arm as much as possible, but do not interfere when driving, after lifting the vehicle must pay attention to the use of chains, straps for vehicles to assist the connection Fixed, so as to avoid braking and jerking in the process of driving due to brakes, wreckers and other vehicles from being detached, thereby damaging the consigned vehicle or a safety incident. Seventh, the boom, leg, support arm and other moving parts must pay attention to safety within the scope of their operations.
Eighth, if the working hours are long, pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil must not exceed 60 °C, especially in continuous operation in a high temperature environment, we must pay more attention to inspection to prevent the oil temperature is too high. (Generally, the corresponding tubing of the multi-way valve being operated is touched by the hand. If it feels hot and cannot stay on the tubing, the oil temperature should be considered too high).
Ninth, when a wrecker is driving in a car, due to the influence of road conditions, braking, steering and other factors, it must be noted that the driving speed cannot be too fast. The high-grade road should not exceed 50 km/h, and the mountain roads and uneven roads should not exceed 30Km/h to avoid damage to the vehicle or safety accidents.
Tenth, try to avoid overload or partial load. No matter what car overloading is definitely not good, there must be a limit. Only by doing these points can we use the wrecker best.
