This standard applies to the evaluation of the quality level of the stirred tank products.

3. 1 rating principle

The quality level of the product is determined according to the adopted standards, the technical level of the product, the inspection of the finished product, the quality inspection during the production process and the opinions of the user evaluation. It is divided into two grades: the qualified product and the first-class product.

a) The ambient temperature should be in the range of 0~40 °C;

b) The ambient noise value should be lower than the measured sample noise value by 10 dB(A) ;

c) the power supply voltage deviation shall not exceed ± 5% ;

4. 2. 1 The finished product, assembly, painting and packaging quality inspection items, methods and required instruments shall comply with the requirements of Table 5 .

4. 2. 2 Major parts processing and manufacturing quality inspection items (key projects and main projects), methods and required instruments shall comply with the requirements of Table 6 .

5. 1. 1 Sample of finished product inspection One piece of product produced in small batches is taken.

5. 1. 2 Samples in the production process The products produced in small batches are taken from one to three or from the whole machine.

5. 2 decision rules

5. 2. 1 All test items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in the sample. If any item fails, it is not allowed to double the spot check.

5. 2. 2 During the test, the following items are judged as unqualified items:

a) If the item to be inspected is not tested (the main items between the processes can be checked according to the original inspection record);

b) The physical properties, chemical properties, flaw detection, carburizing layer and other items of the material are not detected on site and there is no original record or test report.

5. 3. 1 According to the measured results of the product, four indicators should be calculated:

a) the pass rate of the finished product inspection project;

b) the qualification rate of assembly, painting and packaging quality inspection items;

c) the pass rate of key parts of major parts;

d) The main project qualification rate of major parts.

5. 3. 2 Assess the quality level of the entire batch of products according to the lowest level of the measured results.
