The Waste Cable Wire Granulator Machine is an advanced system designed for recycling various types of scrap communication wires and cables, including copper, aluminum, telephone, USB, computer, and automobile wires with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 20 mm. This machine offers a copper separation rate of over 95%, making it highly efficient for processing both single-core and multi-core wires, whether they are twisted, tangled, or have plugs. It can handle double-core and multi-core cables up to 20 mm in diameter, while single-core wires must be at least 0.2 mm in diameter.
The granulator consists of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system, shaking parts, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. This combination structure allows for dry production without the use of water, offering an environmentally friendly way to recycle scrap wire copper. The entire process is designed for efficiency, reliability, and minimal environmental impact.

1. Pre-shredder
This step involves rough crushing of raw materials before secondary crushing, ensuring optimal performance in the next stages.

This stage is crucial for separation, as it crushes the materials into smaller pieces (3-5 mm) for more effective sorting.
