Our cable wire granulator is primarily used for recycling various types of scrap communication wires and cables, such as copper, aluminum, telephone, USB, computer, and waste automobile wires, with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 20mm. The copper separation rate exceeds 95%. It can process single-core, double-core, or multi-core cables, whether twisted, tangled, or with or without a plug. The maximum diameter for double-core and multi-core cables is 20mm, while the minimum diameter for single-core wires should be 0.2mm.
The copper granulator consists of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system, vibrating parts, and final dust collection bag or cyclone. This combination structure allows for dry production without any water usage, offering an environmentally friendly method to recycle scrap wire copper.

Our copper granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder – Roughly crushes raw materials before the second crushing stage.
2. Second Crushing – An essential step before separation, where materials are crushed into smaller pieces of 3-5mm.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation – Mainly uses air separation assisted by vibration to separate the materials.
4. Dust Collecting System – A specially designed system collects all dust generated during the process.
