What is the development of Pingyi

It is the most convenient, safest and most economical way to develop the roadway with Pingyi as the main. However, only when the terrain is favorable, can the advantage be exerted, that is, only the deposit is given to the mountains and can be used above the ground level of the surrounding flat land.

The flat ore is used to develop the ore, and the ore collected in the middle section above the flat is generally transferred by the mine car, and is discharged to the level of the flat by the mine (or auxiliary blind shaft), and then transported out of the surface by the mine. Figure 7-1 shows. The upper middle section of waste rock can be transported out of the surface (into the waste quarry) through the special waste rock shaft, or when the middle section of the flat road has the surface exit, it will be discharged directly from the middle section to the surface.

The middle section of 154m in Figure 7-1 is the main middle section of transportation, and the main flat 1 is located here. The upper part of the production waste rock is directly transported out of the surface through the 224m and 194m roadways. The ore is produced through the mine 2, placed at the 154m level, and then transported out of the mouth through the main flat.

The Pingshuo development method has the following options:

1. The development plan for the intersection with the ore body

This kind of development plan has two forms: the upper plate and the lower plate. Figure 7-1 shows the lower plate development, the upper plate is shown in Figure 7-2. The ore transportation method of this scheme is the same as that of Figure 7-1, except that there is no surface exit due to the upper middle section (if conditions, It is also possible to go straight to the surface), personnel, equipment, materials, etc. are lifted from the auxiliary blind shaft 4 to the upper middle section. For ventilation, it is connected to the surface at a level of 490m.

In Figure 7-1 and Figure 7-2, if the amount of drifting works leading to the ore body is small, the advantages of the scheme are more prominent, and the middle sections can be started at the same time, especially for the upper and lower sections. The construction of the project has created favorable conditions (such as the construction of wells by the hanging tank method, and can achieve the purpose of compression period and shortening the infrastructure period. At the same time, the working conditions such as ventilation during the tunneling process are also better. The short solution should usually be orthogonal to the orientation of the ore body, which is undoubtedly the most ideal. However, the site conditions are often not as expected. If there are the following situations, it is necessary to consider the plan for the skewing of the raft and the ore body: 1 When it is orthogonal to the ore body trend, the length of the flatness is lengthened due to the unfavorable terrain; 2 when it is orthogonal to the ore body, the traffic between the Pingshuokou and the outside is very inconvenient, especially if there is not enough waste rock site and external transportation conditions; In order to make the flat and the ore body orthogonal, but need to pass through the broken belt. This has to adopt the plan of the flat and the ore body oblique has become a general solution.

2. The development plan of the flat along the ore body

When one end of the ore body is exposed along the slope or close to the surface of the hillside, and the industrial site is also at the same end, this development plan can be adopted when the plan for the development of the flat with the ore body is unreasonable. There are two common forms of this program.

(1) The flat raft is in the lower part of the ore body. This method is only used if the ore body is very thick and the ore is not sufficiently stable. From the point of view of the type of deposit exploration, it is suitable for the ore body that is relatively stable, that is, the type I or II exploration type ore body; or the ore body exploration is dense, especially the ore body shape is more clearly seen in the direction of the ore body. Otherwise, the direction of the ore body is not clear. And the threading project is too large.

Figure 7-3 shows the lower plate along the pulse flat development plan. The ore collected from the upper middle section is discharged to the main level 1 through the chute 4 and transported by the main flat to the surface to form a complete transportation system. Personnel, equipment, materials, etc. are sent to various working places by 85m flat road and 45m main flat.

(2) Pingshuo in the ore body. This method can only be used when the surrounding rock is not stable. Otherwise, it will increase the cost of tunneling and flat roadway and the cost of roadway support and management.
