The controller is based on Infineon microprocessors and is scheduled to go into production in 2012.
The controller can be installed in the cockpit or engine compartment and is suitable for all hybrid models, including mild hybrid, medium hybrid and heavy hybrid and plug-in hybrid models.
In addition to being used in hybrid cars, the controller can also provide new solutions for communication, especially the communication bus between FlexRay and the Controller Area Network (CAN).
