On February 16, the micro-resistivity imaging logging tool (MCI), independently developed by China Petroleum Logging Co., Ltd., was successfully deployed in the PDT-26 well in Indonesia. The instrument collected high-quality well logging data during the operation, and the interpretation results were officially approved by expert reviewers. This marks a significant milestone as it is the first time that China has provided advanced imaging logging services overseas using its own independently developed technology.
