The EFI system consists of three main components: the fuel injection circuit, the sensor group, and the Electronic Control Module (ECM). The ECM is the core of the system, responsible for processing data and controlling engine operations. One of the key challenges during development was enabling seamless communication between the ECM and the overall machine’s electrical control system. To address this, the company’s engineers modified the main controller’s control mode, successfully converting throttle commands into engine-specific signals. However, due to the complex electronic components within the ECM, achieving high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) posed additional design challenges. Despite these obstacles, Xu Di’s technical team overcame them, ensuring reliable and stable operation of the electrical control system. Their efforts have not only enhanced the performance of the machines but also set a new benchmark for innovation in the industry.
