Desolenator converts seawater into drinking water through solar energy

A new breakthrough prototype system called Desolenator, which converts seawater into potable water, was claimed by the manufacturer of the system to have been successfully tested in India. A British company uses patented Desolenator to convert salt water and other dirty seawater into pure distilled water. Capable of producing up to 15 litres per day, the system requires no power, but solar energy, and has no moving parts or filters, making it extremely easy to maintain. The company said in a statement: "The system does not use consumables and a one-time payment will provide users with drinking water for up to 20 years."
The company has formed a working prototype and has launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Indiegogo website, planning to produce it. According to the company’s description on the Indiegogo website: “We have developed and tested it in the UK and India. We have a great taste of water! We are going to start testing for users in southern India and then produce it, and we hope that in 2015 A final product can be shipped in October!” According to the company, “What is the difference between Desolenator and the existing technology for desalinating sea water into household water? It uses a new approach to generate electricity to generate clean water. Drinking water."
