Density is a relatively important factor in measuring the quality of recycled plastic pellets. The density of recycled plastic pellets varies from batch to batch and density may vary. Different batches of recycled plastic pellets may differ in density. There are many, so for each batch of plastic, you need to test its density.
Recycled plastic granules are mainly graded according to the different raw materials used and the characteristics of the processed plastic granules. They are generally classified into one, two and three grades.
In order to avoid the recycled plastic particles used for blown film, the film thickness is affected by the difference in density. The density of recycled plastic fruit pieces mainly affects its mechanical strength properties. For example tensile strength, stiffness and hardness. The thickness of the blown film is affected by the tensile strength, so the recycled plastic pellets need to have a range of limits on density during production and use.

1. In the 0.000 state, the M1 flashes on the screen, put the tennis ball into the center of the water hanging bar, put the glass on the measuring frame, and after the stability symbol “0” is displayed, press the [ZERO] key to deduct the weight of the glass and the tennis ball.
2. Place the sample in the glass on the measuring frame.
3. After the stable symbol “0” is displayed, press the [ENTER] key once, and the memory status symbol M1 becomes M2, which means that the weight in the air is stored successfully.
4. Remove the tennis ball from the water bar and pour the sample from the glass into the tennis ball.
5. Put the tennis ball containing the sample in alcohol and wash it.
6. Put the sample of washed alcohol into the center of the hanging column in the water (note that no bubbles can be generated on the surface of the sample, and bubbles should be removed in time), and the glass is placed on the measuring frame.
7. When the stable symbol “0” is displayed, press the [ENTER] key once to display the density value.
8. Press A key to cycle: density value SG, volume S1, purity content percentage S2.
9. Press B to print the measured data (you need to purchase a dedicated printer).
10. Press the [ENTER] key once to return to the test state. Press the [ZERO] key to display 0.000.
