Jordan Potash Corp (APC) and Sinofert Macao Offshore Business Services Co., Ltd. signed a long-term memorandum of cooperation. According to the contract, APC needed to supply potash to China between 2011 and 2013. This is a continuation of the long-term cooperation between the two sides in the 1880s.
According to this contract, APC will supply 1.8 million tons of potassium fertilizer to Sinochem Macau in the next three years, while Sinochem will exclusively sell APC potassium chloride. Both parties can re-price every six months.
