A few days ago, Korean marine equipment manufacturer PANASIA celebrated the delivery of the first MEGA Filter ballast water treatment system GloEn-Patro and the 100th GloEn-Patrol.
It is reported that the new module GloEn-P3000 was shipped shortly. It was awarded a contract in April this year for a 170,000-dwt LNG carrier being built by a Korean shipyard. This new module uses the MEGA Filter and has a processing capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per hour, which is the first time in the world.
As of September 20 this year, PANASIA has received 250 ship contract orders (excluding preferred ships) and has delivered 120 ship systems.
